Cusimano, Shelley In Lead

Bucky Lombardo and Rich Shelley lead the way after the second round of the 53rd Italian-American Charity Golf Tournament at Holiday Valley Resort.

But they have plenty of company chasing them.

Lombardo and Shelley fired a 64 on Friday, which matched their effort in Thursday’s opening round. Their 128 total gives them a two-shot lead over Nick Conti and Tommy Fales (66-64-130).

Tied at 131 are first-round leaders Jim Panebianco and Sean Larson, Casey Digirolamo and Dusty Carlson, and George Panebianco and John O’Mara. Tied at 132 are the teams of Mike Prinzi and Cody Anderson, John L. LaMancuso and Mike Roberts, Paul Mole Jr. and David Lobb, and Tom Brigiotta and John Anderson. Zack Panebianco and Matt Hoaglund, and John Trussalo and Tim Magnuson are tied for fifth at 133, while Brett Cappa and Derek Dawson, John I. LaMancuso and Adam McKinley, and David Foti and Rich Grey are tied for sixth at 134.

The final round is today.
